Edificata sicuramente prima del 1500, questa umile chiesetta custodisce un notevole piccolo tesoro di fede e di arte. Più di trenta riquadri a fresco, illustrano un momento non marginale della pittura veronese della fine del Quattrocento e dei primi decenni del Cinquecento; un momento di passaggio dalla cultura gotica a quella rinascimentale con evidenti influssi mantegnani. Maggiormente raffigurati sono: la Madonna con Bambino, San Rocco e San Sebastiano.

This humble little church was certainly built before 1500. It safeguards a very precious treasure of faith and art of more than 30 fresco paintings that illustrate an important period of Verona pictorial art at the end of the 15th and the beginning of the 16th centuries; the passage from Gothic to Renaissance culture with clear Mantegna influences. The Madonna with Child, St. Rocco and St. Sebastian are the most frequently portrayed personalities.

Dieses bescheidene Kirchlein, das mit Sicherheit vor 1500 erbaut wurde, verwahrt einen kleinen, aber bedeutenden Schatz der sakralen Kunst: Mehr als dreißig Freskenbilder belegen einen nicht unwichtigen Zeitpunkt in der Veroneser Malkunst - Ende des 15. Jahrhunderts und in den ersten Jahrzehnten des 16. Jahrhunderts, als sich der Übergang von der Gotik zur Renaissance abzeichnete - und lassen einen deutlichen Einfluss von Mantegna erkennen. Am häufigsten dargestellt sind darauf die Madonna mit Kind, der Heilige Rochus und der Heilige Sebastian.
